Returns

To ensure the authenticity and integrity of our products, we are unable to accept returns. We meticulously inspect each item before shipping, guaranteeing its quality. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before placing your order, as we are happy to assist you.

Damage and Issues

Please be aware that some of the items we offer may have minor manufacturing imperfections. These can include, but are not limited to, loose or slightly torn plastic wrapping, minor dings or dents on the outer packaging box, small rips in the plastic seal, and minor scuffs or scratches on the plastic.  These are common occurrences in the manufacturing and distribution process and are unfortunately outside of our control.  We want to assure you that these imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect the authenticity of the product itself.  We guarantee that all of our items are 100% authentic, and we source them from reputable distributors. While we strive to select the best available items, we cannot guarantee mint condition packaging on every product. We appreciate your understanding.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering allows you to secure highly anticipated items before they are officially released.  Please note that pre-orders are subject to a 10% processing fee on the cancelled amount should you choose to cancel your pre-order.  This fee covers the costs associated with processing your order and reserving the item for you. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.  We will notify you of the estimated shipping date as it becomes available, and we appreciate your patience as we work to fulfill your pre-order as quickly as possible.
