Shipping Processing Time
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Keep in mind that we do not process or ship orders on holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other), we are no longer liable for any damages, loss, or theft that may occur during transit. While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packaged securely, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping company upon their acceptance. Please reach out to the shipping carrier if this happens.
Customs (For buyers outside of the USA)
Please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. CardBoxTop is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the purchase price of your order.
